Terms of use

1. The service
little big heart is a service by Watchdog OÜ (registry code 17537572, Sepa tn 4-2, 71003 Viljandi, Estonia, info@look360.eu) that lets you send messages and photos from your phone to a little big heart box and manage your boxes. The service consists of the app (on the web and on Google Play), the server and the box. These terms apply to using the app and the service. When you buy a box, the terms of sale also apply, and personal data is processed under the privacy policy.
2. Your account
Accounts are for adults: by joining you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in details and personal links to yourself. If you suspect someone else is using your account, sign out of all devices and write to us.
3. Box owners and senders
The box owner decides who can send messages to their box and can remove senders at any time. Senders are responsible for the messages, photos and videos they send.
4. Acceptable use
Do not send content that is illegal, harassing or threatening, that infringes other people’s rights or that the recipient does not want. Do not try to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access to it or use it in an automated way (bots, mass account creation). If these terms are broken, we may remove content and suspend or close the account.
5. Your content
Your messages, photos and videos remain yours. You allow us to store, process and deliver them only so that the service works (for example, resizing a photo for the box screen). Your content is not used for advertising or any other purpose.
6. Availability
We keep the service running around the clock, but there may be interruptions because of maintenance, faults or network problems. little big heart is not a security, monitoring, emergency or tracking device and must not be used where the delivery of a message is critical to someone’s safety. We may develop and change the service and will let you know about significant changes in advance.
7. Liability
We are liable for the service to the extent provided by law. We are not liable for damage caused by a user breaking these terms, by the failure of third-party services (such as home internet, mobile operators or push notification services) or by circumstances beyond our control. These terms do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account in Settings at any time; data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may close an account that has been unused for a long time or where these terms have been seriously broken; where possible we will let you know first.
9. Changes
If we change these terms significantly, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the change, you can delete your account.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law; this does not take away the protection given to consumers by the mandatory rules of their country of residence. We aim to settle disputes by negotiation; if needed, you can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee) or to a court.
