2. Product
little big heart (Südamekarp, model LBH-1) is a message box with a door, a 3.5-inch touchscreen and a glowing heart. The set includes the box with a wood-grain door (white or grey frame), a USB-C power adapter and cable, and a gift card with a QR code for writing the first message. The box needs a power socket and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Messages travel through a server run by Watchdog OÜ and are sent with the phone app. Some images on the site are visualisations from the 3D model of the final product; colours and details may differ slightly.
3. Price
The price of the box is €129 (including 24% VAT and delivery to an Omniva parcel locker in Estonia). The price shown on the site when the order is placed applies. If you would like delivery outside Estonia, write to us at info@look360.eu and we will find a solution.
4. Pre-order and payment
little big heart is on pre-order: the boxes are made in the first production batch. The contract is concluded when the payment has been received. Payment is made through Stripe (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others); card details never reach Watchdog OÜ. The number of boxes in the first batch is limited. Once they are gone, no further orders are accepted.
5. Delivery
We ship the box by 9 February 2027 to the Omniva parcel locker given in the order. We let you know by email when it has been sent, and the parcel code is sent to the phone number given in the order. If we cannot ship the box by that date, we will tell you by email and give you a new date. In that case you may withdraw from the contract and we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days.
6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
You may cancel the order at any time before the box is shipped and we will refund the full amount within 14 days. After receiving the goods you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To withdraw, use the “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer of every page (littlebigheart.store/en/withdrawal) or write to info@look360.eu. We will confirm receipt by email. Send the box back within 14 days of notifying us; the direct cost of returning it is borne by the buyer. We refund the amount paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the box or you have provided proof of having sent it back. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
7. Claims and warranty
If the box does not conform to the contract, you may submit a claim within two years of receiving it, or within a longer period if the law of your country of residence provides for one. During the first year it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Describe the defect by email to info@look360.eu and include your order details. We reply within 15 days. If a dispute cannot be settled by agreement, you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee).
8. Personal data
We use order data (name, email, phone, billing address and parcel locker) to fulfil the order and for accounting. For delivery we pass the necessary data to Omniva, and payments are processed by Stripe. See the privacy policy for details.
